helpdesk · support as infrastructure

Support as infrastructure.

A platform has login. It has search. It ought to have support — something that answers its own users, in the platform's own voice, without anyone writing the same answer for the fourteenth time.

HelpDesk is that layer. You connect your knowledge base, verify a sending domain, point your own UI at an endpoint — and your platform can answer its own users.

The problem

The queue does not disappear because someone works it faster.

Support today is a queue. Someone writes in. Waits. Gets a receipt. Waits again. And when she finally reaches a human, that human looks up the same answer that was already written down somewhere.

All of it is avoidable. The knowledge exists. The earlier answers exist. The user's context exists. What is missing is a system that holds all three at the moment the question arrives.

The queue disappears because the questions were answered before they became cases.
What is different

Every pixel your user sees is yours.

Built in, not bolted on

Every competitor sells a chat bubble you have to design around. When we build your platform, support belongs inside it: you get an API and build the surface in your own design system, on your own domain — no embed script, no branded mail template, no opinion about how your support should look. If we did not build your platform, you can still buy HelpDesk on its own: you start with a small piece of JavaScript, as with anyone else — and can move to the API the day you want to own the surface yourself.

No seat fees

The market stacks a per-agent fee on top of its AI meter. We have no seats to sell, because you own the surface. That removes the line buyers complain about most.

The answers stay in Europe

The models run in the EU. A data processing agreement per customer. We are the processor, you are the controller, and the agreement is written so a Danish platform can sign without involving a lawyer for three weeks.

It is not a chatbot over an FAQ

An answer is built from compiled knowledge, your voice, and what actually worked last time. None of the three impresses on its own. Together they are the difference between an answer that resolves and an answer that sounds right.

For a buyer with a design system worth protecting

it is not a detail that support lives on your own surface — it is the whole decision.

How it works

Five levels, each with a defined boundary.

Every level knows when it gives up, and hands the level above it a signal that makes it better.

Escalation
LevelWho answersMoves on when
1. The conversationAI over your knowledge base, through the APIThe user was not helped
2. Case with a real answerA concrete answer, not a receiptThe user says «not resolved», or time runs out
3. The confirmationThe user, on YOUR siteThe user says «still not resolved»
4. Your supporterA human at your companyShe cannot resolve it
5. UsBroberg AI and the project's agent
The first answer is a real answer

Not «we have received your enquiry». A receipt moves the wait; an answer removes it.

Confirmation happens on your site

Never by a click in the email. Outlook and other scanners pre-click links in mail — had the button been there, we would be counting resolutions nobody confirmed, and the number would look like success while being wrong.

Autonomy

Autonomy is earned.

  1. Hold is the starting point

Every new customer starts here: the draft is written, but a human approves it before it is sent. Not as a cautious setting someone can forget to turn off — as the default.

  2. Unlocked one topic at a time

Automatic sending opens only for the topics where the numbers show the answers actually resolved something.

  3. And locks back automatically

When they stop resolving anything. That half is usually missing — an unlock without an automatic way back is a decision nobody dares to take.

  4. Below the threshold: hand over

Inside a topic you have marked as something we must never answer, the right behaviour is to hand over to a human. Not to improvise.

Who it is for

Platforms with more users than supporters, and a design system they do not want to change. It is not a CRM. It is not case management with AI sprinkled on top. It is not a place where knowledge is written — that lives in your knowledge base. It does support, and it finishes the job.

The first customer is FysioDanmark Aalborg. They are not a demo: real users, and they build their own support surface in their own repo on their own design. If it does not work for them, we do not sell it to anyone.
