We did it in eight weeks

On June 29th, we wrote the first line of code for FD Sundhed. Eight weeks and one day later, both apps were live with real users, and the platform was running.

Not a prototype. Not a pilot project. Working booking, successful payments, and consent that meets the strictest GDPR rules for health data.

One person was behind it. He doesn’t write code himself. He designs, plans, directs, and orchestrates 15+ AI agents via cardmem.

What’s different

We don’t build faster by rushing. We build faster because we’ve removed what usually takes time — and by having an effective foundation in an AI orchestration engine and 60+ reusable components.

You see it before it’s built. Every screen is designed as a real, clickable page you can open on your phone and say yes or no to. It’s cheap to move a button in a drawing. It’s expensive to move it in a finished system.

Nothing is declared "done" without proof. Here, a task isn’t considered complete with a pat on the back. There must be a screenshot from a real browser, a database entry, a test that has run. That’s the rule that eliminates the weeks you’d otherwise spend discovering, three months later, that something never worked.

And no, it’s not too good to be true

The system doesn’t catch everything. In August, we chased the same bug five times and fixed it incorrectly three times before we built a tool to record the screen and measure what was actually happening. Then it was fixed in an hour and a half.

Stuff like that happens. The difference is we catch it in days instead of quarters — and you can see it happen.
